Up for sale is my 1999 Deville, in exceptional cosmetic and mechanical condition. I recently acquired a work truck, so this one unfortunately has to go (no room to park this boat). It has been maintained religiously (oil changed around every 2500-3K miles). Recently put over $1400 into the car with new AC Delco plugs, wires, sway bars, tie rods etc. This car runs and drives excellent, you will be hard pressed to find a finer example of this classic body style. It comes with an extra set of rubber floor mats, original owners manual. Vehicle has not been smoked in, no kids, no pets, still has that fresh Cadillac leather smell. AC blows cold! Runs & drives like a champ. No check engine lights, codes, leaks, secrets/stories. Transmission shifts smooth. Rides like smooth and luxurious-just like you would expect a Deville to. Mostly highway miles. We've taken the car on many road trips, cross country multiple times, and it's really a pleasure to drive. She spent several years down in sunny Florida as my dads winter car down there (he's a snowbird). Even got 24.8 MPG on last road trip-not bad for a strong/smooth V8 from this era! My father purchased this car on ebay many years back, and it's been driven/cared for by him and myself for many years (I purchased from him). As far as the title, he bought it with a rebuilt title. The title says flood, but we've never seen any indication it sustained any flood damage. No electrical problems or anything like that. Remember, you will be driving the car like we did--NOT THE TITLE. And you'll save $$. As you can see from the miles and pictures the car is in exceptional condition. We have always parked this car far away from others and kept it in garages. I can't spot much in the way of door dings or many scratches, it's a beauty and in exceptional condition for its age. In full transparency though, I want to list everything I know about the car. It is a 20 year old vehicle after-all, so expect some minor flaws and wear/tear. I wish I had time to address the following, but I don't, and they are so minor, they have never really bothered me-I think the cigarette lighter outlet (used for cell phone charging) isn't working up front (probably needs new fuse). I know one in the back works-The defrost plastic vent on the dash doesn't fully sit in it's housing, it pops up a little on the sides (common issue on this car/design flaw--heat from the sun causes this--someone handy could probably fix easily)-Heated seat on drivers side not working (needs new heating element, should be inexpensive repair if you DIY)-The FM on the radio recently quit working, not sure why (AM/CD/Tape players still work fine)-minor scuff on leather in back seat (see pics)-only known rust is a very small spot by passengers side of trunk license plate/back up light housing (see pics, hard to see, like less than size of a dime, barely noticable--Could easily be fixed).-Needs tires, still good tred, but showing dry rot on sidewalls due to age. The new owner should replace for safety reasons You won't find a nicer classic Deville. Good luck! If you have any questions, please let me know.
